The RWE (Rolf Wagels Edition) by bodhranmaker Christian Hedwitschak, with ideas and influences of myself. This drum features lambeg skin, toolless tuning system and O'Kane dimensions. 17. BodhránWeekend Proitze (Darwehn) 19.-21.02. 2010
 Next is the famous BodhránWeekend in February. We are returning to the Wendland area, but have a new location, which is run by the well known Proitzer Mühle crew. Special concert by the More Maids, one of Germany's leading Irish Folk Bands, session afterwards! All Info and registration can be found here.
Neue Tipper im Shop
Mike Boyd aus Maine, USA macht hervorragende und sehr schöne Tipper. Exklusiv in Europa biete ich Mike's tipper in drei Modellen an, die er nur für mich anfertigt. Keiner der Tipper ist gefärbt, das Design kommt nur durch die verwendeten Hölzer!  Auch Christian Hedwitschak war fleißig und hat  zwei neue Clicktipper und 5 (!) neue Bürstentipper entwickelt. Hier sind alle Tipper zu sehen.

Welcome to bodhran-info.com, good to see you found the way to my website. I play bodhrán since 1993, and this drum became a big part of my life since I started. I have met many interesting and nice people at workshops and gigs with various bands.

Cara wins Irish Music Award in USA!
Cool news: Cara has won the Irish Music Award in the category "Best New Irish Music Artist". Tanks to all who helped in the voting process and of course the Irish Music Association of USA.
Workshops in Venne 17./18.4. 2010 and Bad Mergentheim 10./11.7.2010
After the succesful premiere last year, I am going back to do a Workshop in Bad Mergentheim, to cover at least some bits of the South of Germany. All details here!
