Prices and availability:
Prices are listed on the website, including tax. If you are from outside the EU or have tax number within the EU, please get in touch befor ordering! Goods are send only after payment. If you use paypal (paypal or credit card via paypal), a three percent surcharge is added due to the high fees of paypal. All prices are in Euro!

Postage and Packaging:
We use the German Post as our courier, prices can be found on the left. All bodhrans are send with insurance, the risk of transport is on the buyers side. We will do anything to hlep and assist with the German Post in case of trouble.

Delivery time:
The Good are send immediately after teh money has arrived in our accounts. Delays are not in our control so we can't take responsibility.

Custom:
All fees, taxes and other charges related to customs have to be paid for by the buyer. Bodhran-info has no influence on the amounts to be paid. The regulation vary a lot, your local customs office can be of help if there are any questions

Payment:
Payment has to be made straight after your order within 14 days. Goods are only send after fuill payment is made.

Withdrawal:
You can withdraw your order within 14 days after the goods arrived. No reason needs to be given. Please inform:

We will refund the money paid plus the return postage if the value of the returned goods are over 40€. If the value is below 40€, we will refund the money paid, but not the return postage.
